  • Products altered, used, or damaged after delivery.

2. Reporting a Defective/Damaged Item

To initiate a return or exchange:

    • Order number and proof of purchase.
    • Clear photos/video of the defect or damage.
  3. Our team will review your claim and issue a ‌Return Authorization (RA) number‌ if approved.

No returns will be processed without an RA number.

  • Shipping costs:‌ Customers are responsible for return shipping fees unless the defect is confirmed to be due to our error.
  • Packaging:‌ Items must be returned in their original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
  • Inspection:‌ Upon receipt, we will inspect the product. If approved, we will:
    • Process a ‌full refund‌ (excluding original shipping fees) or
    • Arrange a ‌free replacement‌ (subject to stock availability).

4. Timeframe

  • Defect/damage claims must be submitted within ‌3 days‌ of delivery.
  • Approved returns must be shipped back within ‌7 days‌ of receiving the RA number.

5. Non-Qualifying Returns

Items that do not meet the above criteria will be rejected or returned to the sender at the customer’s expense.

  • We are not liable for damages caused by improper use, mishandling, or natural wear and tear.
  • Shipping carriers are responsible for transit-related damages; please inspect packages before accepting delivery.
